His proyect was born in 1999 envisaged by Mr. Mario Ernesto Peña, a Salteñan businessman, who, together with his wife Noemì, chose Salta as the place to live in.

Together with his daughter Karina, an architect who built the Hotel del Dique, and his son Mario Ernesto, who run for a long time the Hotel del Dique, ( see our web site www.grupoaries.com.ar) were the ones who suggested this venture.

The idea was to create something new and different in the Calchaquì Valleys keeping its identity but at the same time showing the technology of our vineyards, winery and The House of the Winery.

Today, and after six years of having acquired the original piece of land where the hotel was built, the family is proud of receiving visitors and tourists from all over the world.

That´s why we can say that that we have complied with our first aim: to create a pleasant environment taking into consideration all the characteristics, from the construction and above all the cordiality of those who are part of this working group.
